How to Apply Glamour Enhancers

I’ve described each of the Glamour Enhancers below in the order in which they should be applied.
Step 1: Blush
Each mirrored compact contains two natural shades that are correct for your skin tone range. You can use either shade individually or blend both together to create a third neutral shade.
Where to Apply Blush
Place your blush brush along the angle of your jaw line. Blush applied parallel to this line will be angled correctly.
If there is an obvious indentation under your cheekbone, that is where you should start applying blush, and where the deepest color should be. If there is no indentation, you can create one with blush approximately halfway between the outer corner of your eye and the jaw line.
Always apply powder blush from the hairline forward, so that the color is the darkest toward the back and lightens as it comes forward. Do both sides before going on to the next step to be sure the two sides match.
How to Blend Shades
Sweep the brush back and forth several times across the shades. Dab the brush in the palm of your hand to blend the shades and remove excess color. If you accidentally apply too much blush, erase it with a tiny dab of foundation blended with a fingertip.
Step 2: Eye Pencil
The eye pencil can be used on both the upper and lower lids to add depth and definition to your eyes. Make sure your pencil is sharp and draw a fine line along your upper lid close to the lashes and angling the line upward as you reach the end of your eye. You may choose to smudge the line slightly with a Q-tip or sponge. You may also draw a fine line close to the lashes on your lower lid.
Long Lasting Color
Try lining your eyes with the pencil and then applying one of the darker eyeshadows over the pencil with a wedge brush for long lasting color.
Step 3: Eye Shadow
Each compact contains four shadows that not only add color and definition to the eye, but may be used to contour and highlight. Begin by applying the lightest shades, lightly blending with your brush where two shades meet.
Color
Generally speaking, the darkest shades are used on the upper lid and to line under the lower lashes. The medium tones may be used in the crease or to create the illusion of a crease. The lightest shades are normally applied to the brow bone, but if your eyes are deep-set, you may want to apply a light shade on the upper lid to enhance the shape of your eye.
Step 4: Lip Pencil
Define your lip shape using a lip pencil before applying lipstick. If you feel that your lips are too thin, you can create a new fuller shape by carefully drawing a new lip line just outside your actual lip line. If you feel that your lips are too full, draw a new lip line just inside your actual lip line. Don’t stray too far from your actual shape!
Long Lasting Color
For even richer long lasting color, line and fill in your lips with lip pencil and then apply lipstick.
Help for Dry Lips
My Vitamin E stick provides relief and moisture for dry, chapped lips. Apply before lip pencil and lipstick to seal fine dry lines.
Step 5: Lipstick
My lipsticks come in classic colors that will never be discontinued. Apply directly to lips from the compact, or use a lip brush. Each shade is highly pigmented and formulated to be long lasting. I add new shades to the line periodically — ask your Customer Service Representative about the newest shades that may be right for you!
Combinations
You may want to try creating exciting new shades by combining any two of the classic shades, for example:
1) cognac and clay,
2) wine and mocha, and
3) mocha and rosewood.
And, as its name suggests, Earthtone Blender can be worn alone or blended with any of the classic shades to create a new neutral shade.
